Video factory inspection — See Our Factory Live Before You Order
What Is Video Factory Inspection
Ordering packaging from overseas can feel like a gamble. You see product photos online, but you have no idea what the actual factory looks like. Is it a real manufacturer or a trading company working out of a small office? Are the machines modern or falling apart? Do the workers follow quality standards?Video factory inspection solves this problem. We open a live video call and walk you through our entire facility. You see everything in real time — the production lines, the raw materials, the finished products, and the quality control process. No edited photos. No pre-recorded footage. Just a raw, unfiltered look at where your products come from.
Why We Offer This Service
Most buyers can't fly to China every time they need to verify a supplier. Plane tickets, hotels, and time away from business add up quickly. A video call costs nothing and takes 30 minutes of your day.We started offering video factory tours because our clients asked for it. They wanted confidence before placing large orders. They wanted proof that we actually manufacture what we sell. Now it's a standard part of how we work with new customers.
What You Will See During the Tour
Raw Material Storage
We show you where we keep the raw materials — non-woven fabric rolls, aluminum foil, PE film, zippers, handles, and printing ink. You can ask to see the material certificates and test reports. We keep everything organized and labeled by batch number.
Production Lines
The tour covers every stage of manufacturing:
Cutting area — where fabric rolls are cut to size
Printing workshop — flexo printing, heat transfer printing, and custom logo application
Sewing and sealing — stitching, ultrasonic welding, and heat sealing
Lamination — combining layers for insulated bags
Assembly — handles, zippers, velcro, and final construction
Packaging — folding, counting, boxing, and palletizing
You can ask the operator to zoom in on any detail. Want to see how the stitching looks up close? Done. Want to check the print quality on a finished bag? We'll hold it up to the camera.
Quality Control Station
Our QC team inspects products at multiple stages. During the video tour, we show you:
Incoming material inspection
In-process quality checks
Final inspection before packaging
AQL sampling standards we follow
You can ask to see inspection records, defect samples, or our quality manual.
Finished Goods Warehouse
We walk you through the warehouse where finished orders are stored before shipping. You'll see how we organize orders by client, how we label cartons, and how we protect goods during storage.
Shipping Area
If there's an active shipment being prepared, we'll show you the packing process — how we load containers, secure pallets, and seal shipments.
What You Can Ask During the Call
This is your time. You control what you want to see. Common questions from our clients:
Show me the machine that makes my product
How many production lines do you have
What's your daily output capacity
Show me a sample of the exact material you'll use for my order
How do you handle defective productsWhat certifications do you have
Can I see your testing equipmentShow me the printing on a finished bag
How do you pack orders for export
No question is off limits.
If something is not visible on camera, we'll move to that area and show you.
