What we confirm before quoting
Common fill weights are useful for planning, but coffee density and headspace vary. A filled sample or density information is the safest way to approve finished dimensions.

Do freshly roasted coffee bags need a degassing valve?
Freshly roasted coffee releases carbon dioxide. A one-way valve can allow gas to escape while limiting outside air entry. Valve choice and placement should reflect roast date, filling method and distribution time.
Can you make 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg coffee bags?
Yes. These are common planning weights, but finished dimensions should be confirmed against actual bean density and the required headspace before production.
What is the MOQ for custom printed coffee bags?
Eligible digital-print projects may start from about 500 pieces. The workable MOQ depends on bag size, construction, film, print process and quantity per artwork, so it is confirmed with the quotation.
Can multiple coffee SKUs share one order?
Yes. Send the quantity for each design. Digital printing can be useful for multiple origins, roast levels and seasonal artwork, while larger repeat runs may suit another production route.
Which material keeps coffee fresh longest?
There is no universal answer. Aluminum-foil and high-barrier metallized laminates can offer strong oxygen, moisture and light protection. The correct structure depends on shelf-life target, filling process, distribution and destination requirements.
Can you provide recyclable or compostable coffee bags?
Selected material directions are available for evaluation. Claims, barrier performance, sealing, local collection systems and certification requirements must be checked for the exact structure and destination market.
