The laminated structure is where the real engineering comes in. You have multiple layers – typically PET/AL/PE or PET/AL/CPP – each doing a specific job. The aluminum foil layer blocks light and oxygen completely. The inner PE or CPP layer is the heat-seal layer that bonds under pressure. Together, they create a barrier that keeps food safe through freezing, retort processing, and long shelf storage.

These bags are freezer-safe down to -18 degrees Celsius and retort-safe up to 121 degrees Celsius. We have supplied them to frozen food manufacturers, pet food brands, and ready-meal companies across multiple markets.
